1 pint crab meat or 2 packs crawfish tails
1 Full cap of crab boil
season to taste with Tony's Chachere's and Cayanne pepper
Double ingredients to make 2 batches
Chop both onion and green onion, sauté in stick of melted butter. And 8 ounce block of cream cheese and mix altogether. Add 2 pints of half-and-half, two cans of cream corn & crab meat or crawfish. Add crab boil, Tony's Chachere's and Cayanne pepper to taste. Simmer and serve. Double the order for two batches but use 3 1/2 pint of half-and-half not all 4 pints.
