  • 1 can cream of corn
  • one small can of evaporated milk
  • one egg beaten
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • dot with butter
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. mix sugar, egg and cream of corn in caserole dish
  3. add one small can of evaporated milk
  4. mix
  5. dot with butter
  6. bake for one hour and twenty minutes until firm
