4 Portobello Mushrooms
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup crab meat
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup parsley
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine crab, cream cheese, parsley, onions and parmesan.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Stuff mushroom caps and top with breadcrumbs.
Spray with cooking spray.
Bake 20 minutes.
*Can add cheese, mayo, ranch.
