It's the time of year when the leaves shower down from the trees in colors only nature can produce and leaf piles start to show up all over the yard.
Today is so amazing here. The weather is sunny and warm, but still a tiny bit crisp. The trees are blazing with color and there are enough leaves on the ground to crunch every time you step. The air is filled with the smell of them. All of this just automatically make you feel at peace and stress free. Nature's therapy.
This quick bread is so so good. The combination of flavors hits it just right. Use fresh cranberries and apples for the most tasty bread, and don't forget to make a loaf for a friend!
