1 1/2 c coarsely chopped dried sweet cranberries
2 c butter softened
4 c shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
4 c flour
350 oven, parchment lined sheet, 13-15 mins
Bake pecans in single later 8-10 mins
Cool
Soak cranberries in boiling water 15 mins. Drain and pat dry.
Beat butter and next 3 ing until blended
Gradually add in flour until combined
Stir in cranberries and pecans
Shape into 4 logs, 12" long
Wrap in plastic
Chill 8 hours- 3 days
Slice 1/4" place on parchment, bake.
