Cranberry sauce

Ingredients: 

1 orange, zested and juiced
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1/2 tsp table salt)
1 bag fresh cranberries (make sure there aren’t any rocks or foreign matter in the bag)
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup Grand Marnier, Triple Sec, or another orange-flavored liqueur
