Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos

Notes: 

I used red pepper instead of chili powder. I added cilantro and lime juice to the crock pot mix. I used flour tortillas, and still brushed them with olive oil before baking them.
I would like to put cilantro in the actual taquito next time.
I served it with salad and creamed corn. We used queso and salsa for dipping. These are also really good warmed up.

Ingredients: 

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt + pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
⅓ cup water
½ cup shredded colby or Mexican blend cheese
12 6 inch corn or flour tortillas
optional: cilantro, salsa, sour cream, or other toppings as desired
