Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into chunks
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
2 cups milk
12 oz VELVEETA LIGHT Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained (1 package)
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients in 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
