1 cup low fat buttermilk
2-3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1/2 cup homemade tomatillo salsa (can use store bought)
1 small bunch of cilantro (to taste....)
juice 1/2 a lime
freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
