2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons golden flax meal
3/4 cup water (or nut milk)
pinch of salt
1 large egg, beaten
2 teaspoons butter or ghee
1 tablespoon heavy cream or coconut milk
1 tablespoon Sukrin Gold or your favorite sweetener
