Crispy Fried Chicken

Notes: 

Add 1 tables mix to flour mixture (11 herbs and spices mix)
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, crushed finely

Ingredients: 

1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour for coating
1 teaspoon paprika (don't add when adding 11 herbs and spices)
salt and pepper to taste
2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
