Crock Pot General Tso's Chicken


2 Lb. chicken breasts (cut into 1" pieces)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. "lite" soy sauce
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. white distilled vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. fresh ginger, finely grated
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 c. water
4 green onions, sliced
