Crock Pot Spanish Rice with Sausage

Ingredients: 

14-16 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
3 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups rice of your choice
½ cup diced onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
