Notes: 

Instead of Dijon, you could use Honey Mustard or Buffalo Wing sauce. Or instead of mustard, you could use 1/2 a beaten egg and add a pinch of herbes de Provence, garlic powder, cayenne pepper or paprika to the onions along w/ flour & black pepper.
