1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of Paprika
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tblsp. catsup
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 1/2 cooked, cleaned shrimp
2 cups cooked rice
Blend butter, flour, seassonings, gradually stir in milk. Cook until think and smooth. stirring constantly. Add catsup, sherry wine and shrimp. Heat and serve over rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
