Curry Puff

Notes: 

22 puffs

Ingredients: 

2x large potatoes (cubed)
100g green peas (cooked & diced)
1.5x cloves red onions (diced)
1/2 clove garlic (diced)
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp red chilli
1/2 cup beef stock
3x curry leaves
1/2 cup water
salt
sugar

= DOUGH =
150g wheat flour
1 tvsp vege oil
1 tbsp butter
salt
1/2 cup cold water


= FILLINGS =

  1. Hot the oil in wok. Saute garlic + onions
  2. Add curry powder + chilli .+ pepper + leaves & stir
  3. Add water + potato cubes + green peas
  4. Add salt + sugar.
  5. Cook until softened

 

= DOUGH =

  1. gaul tepung dalam mangkuk bersama-sama minyak masak dan mentega yang telah dipanaskan dengan sudu.
  2. Kemudian masukkan sedikit garam dan air sejuk. Uli sehingga menjadi doh.
  3. Ambik sedikit doh dan canai/leperkan di atas permukaan yang bertepung.
  4. Ambil doh yang siap dicanai dan masukkan inti.
  5. Kelim di bahagian tepi. Saya guna pengepit karipap je, memang cepat tapi mudah terbuka masa goreng.
  6. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Goreng karipap sehingga keperangan.
