Ingredients: 

1 pound italian sausage
1 can crescent rolls
2 cups monterey jack cheese
4 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
black pepper, to taste

 

  1. Cook sausage and then drain.
  2. Take out rolls, unfurl them and put them in a greased pan.
  3. Mix sausage on top and add cheese.
  4. Stir up remaining ingredients and pour on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes.
