Ingredients: 

125g peanut and cocao spread (or your other favourite Mayvers spread, depending on your taste!)
600g Riccotta
2 Free range organic eggs
3/4 cup milk (or you can use any liquid kind of dairy eg. kefir, whey (for those wanting more protein! yoghurt, buttermilk etc.)
1 Tablespoon of raw honey (or to taste)
1 teaspoon cinnamon for that extra kick (optional)
