Easy Baked Dill Coated Salmon

Recipe byHessie
Notes:

This recipe is so easy and taste very good.
Be sure to use a good fresh cut of fresh Salmon.
It is best to use a thick cut of Salmon or you make need to reduce the cooking time. I like to use a nice thick cut and fold the thin side under so it will cook more evenly.

Ingredients:

1 pound of Salmon fillet (with skin)
1 tablespoon salted-butter (melted)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
dry dill weed (enough to coat Salmon)
salt (light)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Put heavy aluminum foil in a glass dish large enough for the Salmon to fit loosely, using enough foil to seal and make a tent over the Salmon.
  3. Place the Salmon skin side down.
  4. Melt the butter, stir in the lemon juice and brush over the Salmon.
  5. Cover the Salmon heavily with dry dill weed.
  6. Sprinkle just a little salt.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and leave tented for 5 minutes.
  8. Carefully slide the Salmon off the skin as the skin will stick to the foil and serve.
