Easy Cheesy Potato Skins

Ingredients: 

4 potatoes
1/2 C shredded cheese (Monterrey and cheddar)
bacon bits
chives


  1. Boil potatoes. Cut into fourths, scoop out pulp.
  2. Brush shells with olive oil or margarine; broil 8-10 min.
  3. Add cheese, and bacon bits; broil 30 sec. Top with chives and serve.
