Easy Creamy Coleslaw

The coleslaw tastes fresh and creamy with the perfect bite from the vinegar and great texture from the grated carrots. When you pick up your shredded cabbage from the store, just make sure to grab the biggest shreds you can find so it will keep longer in the fridge without getting soggy.
Soggy coleslaw = eww!
The coleslaw makes a great side dish for all those Summer parties, but I enjoy it most on top of my Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches! It adds such a bright, fresh taste to the deep barbecue flavor, and my family can’t get enough of it!

Ingredients: 

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon celery seed
1 Tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
one 16 ounce bag shredded cabbage with carrots
1 carrot, peeled and grated
