Easy Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients: 

1¾ cups gluten-free flour
⅔ cup sugar (brown, white, stevia, your choice)
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup (usually about 3) SUPER ripe bananas, mashed up
½ cup oil (I LOVe coconut oil but vegetable is okay too!)
2 eggs
**Nuts are on the safe list for gluten-free eaters, we simply avoid them for other reasons. Feel free to chop them up and add a cup or so to the recipe!
