2 cups uncooked basmati brown rice
13 ounces turkey kiebalsa (or chicken andouille)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 large onion, finely chopped (about 1 1/4 cup)
1 large green pepper, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
3 large celery stalks, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (15 ounces) cans red beans, drained and rinsed
2 1/2 cups water
