Ingredients: 

2 Tbs flax meal
6 Tbs water
1 cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup tapioca flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt (optional)
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 Tbs allspice
1 cup dates, pitted
2 cups freshly baked pumpkin (or canned may be used)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup coconut oil
½ (10 oz) bag frozen berries
¾ cup zucchini, grated
¾ cup sliced almonds or walnuts
paper muffin liners
