Emily's Pumpkin Bread

Notes: 

My daughter Emily's recipe. Makes 3 loaves.

Ingredients: 

3 cups granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts


            
   1. Grease or butter your pans well

2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Add eggs, oil, pumpkin and water - beat thoroughly - use electric mixer
if possible.

4. Stir in nuts.

5. Fill pans 1/2 to 2/3 full

6. Cooking time 1 hr. @ 350 deg
