Energizer Breakfast

Ingredients: 

3 very ripe pears, peeled
1 vanilla bean
1 cup blueberries
1 cup Greek yogurt


  1. Cut the pears, put in pan and add enough water to keep them from sticking
  2. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape into pan. Bring everything to a boil & simmer 20 min
  3. When pears begin to soften, take off heat and let cool (can refrigerate if not eating until morning).
  4. Serve with berries and yogurt
