1 tbsp olive oil

For the spice blend
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chile powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
