Fiesta Corn Dip

Ingredients: 

For 8x8 Pyrex Dish (serves about 8):
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese (1 - 6oz bag)
• 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (1 - 8oz bag)
• 1 can Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn

For 13x9 Pyrex Dish (serves about 16):
• 2 cups mayo
• 3 cups shredded Parmesan cheese (2 - 6oz bag)
• 4 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (2 - 8oz bag)
• 2 cans Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn


1. Drain can of corn.

2. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together.

3. Place mixture in Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30mins or until cheese starts to bubble.

4. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
