Fish Maw Soup

Ingredients: 

50g - Fried fish maw
6 cups - chicken stock
3 cups - cabbage (cut into squares)
1 tsp - salt
2 pinches - ground white pepper
200g - abalone (thinly sliced)
1x - coriander

= PRAWN MEATBALLS =
1/2 cup - minced pork
150g - blended shelled prawns
3x - water chestnuts (peeled & chopped)
1/4 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - ground white pepper
1 tsp - cornstarch
