2 lb pastry flour
3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup melted butter (have more for dipping)
Mix dry ingredients, (sifted) add wet ingredients
Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Remove from pan, dip in melted butter and cinnamon and sugar mixture.
