Ingredients: 

INGREDIENTS:

6 rice wrappers
3 medium sized cooked shrimp, sliced in half lengthwise
6 leaves of green leaf lettuce
1 cup of cooked rice vermicelli
fresh Thai basil (about 36 leaves)

sauce:
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

if desired, you can thin sauce with some water
