3 cups of white rice (Jasmine rice works best)
2 eggs
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1 cup mixed vegetable
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Sesame Seeds
Optional: add meat of your choice
I usually use chicken or pork which has been marinaded in the teriyaki sauce overnight
Cook white rice several hours in advance and chill in the refrigerator.
If adding meat cook it now in the wok and then reserve.
Place a bit of oil a hot wok and scramble 2 eggs and once cooked finely chop.
Add vegtables and warm through then add optional meat.
Add rice stirring constantly to break up all the rice. Add teriyaki sauce +/_ the amount.
Garnish with Sesame Seeds.
