Fried Shrimp (Ebi Fry) with tartar sauce

Ingredients: 

Large prawns (I used 17 prawns today)
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 cups Panko
Oil for deep frying
2 eggs
1/4 onion
1 pickle or 7 cornichons/gherkins
Salt

1/2 lemon
4 Tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise
Parsley (optional)
