Frittata with Tomatoes, Zucchini, Bacon and Basil

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon coconut oil (or bacon grease or ghee)
2 medium zucchini, cut into rounds and quartered
2 scallions, finely diced
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3-4 slices pastured pork bacon, cooked and diced
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
10 large eggs
