Ingredients: 

6-8 frog legs with bone frenched
1 cup flour
1 tbsp lemon pepper
salt and fresh cracked pepper
Fritter Dough
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
5 cobs of fresh corn
Salsa
2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
1/2 spanish onion
2 tsp fresh cilantro
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 lime, juice and the zest
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp patron tequila
