Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients: 

1/2 C chocolate syrup
1 C fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch cayenne pepper
3 C ice cubes
Garnish: Cool whip, dark chocolate shavings


  1. Combine syrup, evaporated milk, vanilla, spices and ice in blender until smooth
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish
