Ingredients: 

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) of butter, cut into chunks
5 oz of unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 large eggs
1 cup of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of mix-ins (choose from semisweet, peanut butter, or white chocolate chips; chopped walnuts or pecans; or candy-coated mini-chocolates)
