Gluten Free Blackberry Lemon Muffins

Makes about 4 1/2 cups

2 cups brown rice flour (I use Bob's Redmill)
1 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup teff flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup potato starch

Ingredients: 

2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
2 cups whole blackberries
1/2 cup applesauce
2 T oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp guar or xanthan gum
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup milk of choice
fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
lemon zest from 1 lemon

Topping

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1-2 tsp maple syrup
