Ingredients: 

Cauliflower fry:
- 1 large Cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Cornflower
- 5 tbsp Maida
- Salt and pepper

Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Cornflower
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
- 2 tsp chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp chopped green chillies
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions


Frying the cauliflower:
  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Make a batter of 3 tbsp cornflour, 5 tbsp Maida, and 0.25 cup water. Also add salt and pepper powder.
  3. Dip the florets in this batter and deep fry.

 

Sauce:

  1. Mix together 1 tbsp cornflour. 0.25 cup water, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, and salt.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped green onions, and stir fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add the cornflour and sauce mix prepared earlier to this and heat till it's thick and cooked.
  4. Turn off heat.

 

Toss the cauliflower with this sauce and serve garnished green onions
