Gorgeous Granola


4 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1 cup almonds, or mixed nuts of your choice
scant 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup pepitas or sunflower seeds, or both!
4 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
A few shakes of cinnamon (optional)

Fun extras to add after cooking:
Cacao nibs
Goji berries or those little organic dried figlets (packed with calcium!!)
Chia seeds
