½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
½ cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped chives
1 ½ tablespoons chopped tarragon
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all the ingredients along the 2 tablespoons water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and pale green. Taste and add more salt if needed.
