Ingredients: 

For one whole serving
One thinly sliced onion
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Minced garlic one tablespoon
Black pepper half tablespoon
Distilled white vinegar ΒΌ cup
Lamb Chops 2 Pounds


  • First of all, marinate the lamb chops with all the ingredients mentioned above. For this purpose mix the ingredients including onion, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix all these contents thoroughly so that spices, mainly the salt gets absorbed.
  • Now marinate the lamb chops. And refrigerate them for almost two hours.
  • Pre-heat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat which is perfect to cook the lamb meat.
  • Take out the lamb chops from refrigerator and remove the marinade except for onions that may stick to the meat. Make sure that not marinade remains stuck with the lamb.
  • Wrap the champ chops in Aluminum foil, before putting them on grill; this will ensure the equal distribution of heat.
  • Now put the lamb chops on grill and preheat each side for three minutes, or until the desired doneness is achieved.
  • You can also cook lamb over medium heat in an oven by heating each side for about 5 minutes.
  • After you have grilled the lamb chops for required doneness, they are ready to be served with some mild spicy sauce.
