Grilled Salmon - Maple Syrup Marinade

Notes: 

I make a very similar salmon substituting Southern Comfort (or any other red liquor) for the soy sauce. YUM! Also, be careful not to overcook your fish, or you'll be eating a hockey puck.

Ingredients: 

1 salmon filet with skin on (up to 1.5 pounds)
Marinade: equal parts* of: maple syrup
light soya sauce
*about 1/3 cup of each
fresh ground black pepper
