Guacamole (Fitness&Freebies)

Ingredients: 

2 avocados, cubed or mashed
1 med tomato, seeded & chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 sup white onion, chopped
1/2 cup non fat sour cream
1 tsp chili seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lime juice


Combine all ingredients in a bowl - cover tightly and chill for one hour prior to serving
