1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
3/4 cup soft fresh breadcrumbs
3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
200 gm sliced ham, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
420 gm can corn kernels, rinsed
Preheat oven to 180•c fan forced.
Lightly grease a 1.5 litre (6 cup) round ovenproof dish.
Combine egg, milk, mustard, breadcrumbs, cheese, ham, onion & corn in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until just set. Stand for five minutes. Serve with mixed salad.
