1 whole yellow squash
2-3 T red bell pepper
1/2 C carrots
1 whole tomato
5 black olives, pitted
1 C sunflower seeds, ground
1/2 C broccoli sprouts
1/4 C sesame seeds
2-3 porcini mushrooms, rehydrated in warm water
2 T dehydrated onion flakes
1 T flax seeds, ground
4 prunes, pitted and soaked in warm water
1 tsp. dried savory or parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp sea salt
