Healthy Indian Butter chicken

1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp of curry powder
1 small onion diced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 oz coconut milk
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2 1/2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 pounds chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces
2 cups basmati rice
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp butter
