1 T baking powder
1 T sugar
1// t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
2 t dried rosemary
5.5 T coconut oil frozen 5 min
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cheeze
Preheat oven to 425
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Put coc oil on parch paper in freezer for 5 min
Mix dry ingredients
Cut in coc oil til it's the size of small peas
Pour chilled milk into dry and combine
Stir in cheese and herbs
Bake for 10 min then rotate pan and bake another 8-10 min until golden.
Serve immediately - don't fast as good the next day
