3 T bread crumbs
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 T fresh chives, chopped
1 T fresh basil or tarragon, chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Salt and pepper to taste
12 in, ready made pizza crust
Optional: parmesan cheese
Combine butter, olive oil, bread crumbs, parsley, chives, basil, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. Preheat oven to 375. Spread 3-4 T herb butter mixture over pizza crust. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese if so desired. Makes 1 cup spread.
