1 4lb roasting chicken
4 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons Herbes de Provence
Sprigs of fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, lavender)
Salt

Also in roasting pan:
Red onions, quartered
Fingerling potatoes, halved
